CLIENT APPROVALS + PROOFS:
Once a proof is approved by the client, you (the client) are agreeing that all the information, spelling, etc. is correct. Blackline Design, LLC is not responsible for any of these errors once the approval has been made. Slight variations in color can occur due to different calibrations within monitors, tablets, and smart phones. We highly suggest viewing your proof from a computer for the best color match possible. Due to the nature of our products, absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be given.
In the rare occasion we do not receive a response from you after our 3rd attempt in contacting you, we will go ahead and print your order as is and you hereby waive your right to make changes or receive a reimbursement of any kind.
